About Me

Marcus Cruz Sanchez: I am another "Austin Artist." I feel more comfortable referring to myself as a creative type. A native to the Texas Gulf Coast, I've made Austin my home for the last 14 years. I find a lot of influence in this amazing city that can sometimes be seen in my art. When I am not painting I am spending time pursuing another passion. Since 2008 I've helped organize fund raisers with a local volunteer group benefiting the Emergency Fund at AIDS Services of Austin. I feel as long as I am able I will use my art and other resources to help those living with HIV and AIDS.
